Network and connectivity issues

How to solve connectivity issues:

Connectivity issues can happen because of several different reasons:

  • Slow network
  • Slow wifi reception
  • Corporate firewalls and restrictions

Solution: Test your network

Head to and run the test. If the module is giving you “Great results”. Please refer to your IT support team.

If the test is giving you slow or medium results, you can try to:

  • If using Wifi, get closer to your wifi router or switch to cable
  • Stop current downloads or file sharing.
  • Close other tabs or streaming services like videos and music.

If none of those solutions is helping the test pass, please refer to your IT support.
