Our story began in Katherine, a small town in the Northern Territory, where sparks of opportunity, as well as the help of some local beekeepers, enabled us to start harvesting honey from our hives located around the vast and diverse landscapes of the NT.
Our first bottles were packaged and labelled in our backyard and living room and sold to our friends and neighbours. Eventually, our honey expanded locally to the shelves of butchers, health shops and storefronts, where people could enjoy our product's rich flavour and health benefits as much as we did.
As our business grew, we saw an opportunity to move to Brisbane and expand our possibilities. Here, we were able to reach more customers and evolve our products day by day. We went from selling single mixed blossom flavours to offering fusions and large-range manukas of all different kinds.
