Ahac

Founded in 1991 by Roman and Andreja Moskotevc, Ahac is an importer and distributor of beverages, food and electronic products. Its headquarters is based in Grobelno, Slovenia. With more than 30 years of experience, the company offers more than 300 brands in the Slovenian market. 

With regards to its distribution channels, the firm distributes its products to around 5,000 points of sale. Moreover, there are 25 commercialists who are responsible for product development at the point of sale. 

In the financial year 2020, Ahac achieved a turnover of € 44.4 million and employed more than 110 people. 

Ahac offers a wide assortment of products in the following categories:

• Drinks: lemonade, juices, soft drinks, etc.
• Wine & spirits: vodka, beers, wines, etc. 
• Savoury grocery: canned goods, chips, sauces, etc. 
• Household: home fragrances, detergents, multi-purpose cleaners, etc. 

Furthermore, brands such as Beck’s, Sunquick, Corona, Del Monte, Ozujsko, etc, are endorsed by Ahac. It is noteworthy that the firm offers organic and sugar-free products as well. 

Additionally, Ahac developed its own brands under the following names: 

• Droga: dedicated to products such as mushrooms, paprika spread, sour beets, etc.  
• Iskra: dedicated to home products. 
• IskraEro: designed for electronic products.  
• Marshall: a range of alcoholic products. 

Pertaining to its logistics solutions, the business operates its own warehouse and has its own fleet of vehicles to manage deliveries. 

Concerning sustainability, Ahac takes care of its waste as all products which expire and are not suitable for sale are given to authorised companies.
