Founded in 2003 with the aim of developing the Al Faisaliah Group’s Food Service businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC, ALFA is one of the fastest growing and highest volume operators of casual dining restaurants in the Middle East. The company specialises in delivering food, service and hospitality that caters perfectly to its consumers’ needs. It also invests continuously in an attempt to enhance the offered products and the dining experience.

The firm owns a Food Warehouse & Distribution and also operates Full-Service and Fast-Casual Restaurants. Several restaurants are operational under the company such as casual-dining restaurant concepts, Steak House and Piatto, and Fast Casual introductions to the KSA market such as Piatto Express, Firegrill, and City Fresh Kitchen.

Currently, there are over 2000 workers employed by the company.   

Several products in the chilled and fresh food category, such as steak, Fajita Burritos, Tacos, Rice Bowls, Quesadillas, etc are available in the different restaurants.
