Azure Standard

Azure Standard was founded in 1987 by David Stelzer in the US. The company offers a range of healthy and organic food and non-food items. 

The family-owned business started expanding and now delivers across the US and also to US territories. 

In 1998, Azure Standard started to operate its own flour mill. 

Azure Standard  offers products in the following categories:

• Sweet Grocery: chewing gum, am, cocoa powder, bread, etc. 

• Savory Grocery: condiments, canned foods, bay food, pasta, etc.

• Dairy: butter, cream, cheese, kefir, etc.

• Frozen Food: fruits, vegetables, turkey bacon, tortillas, etc. 

• Chilled & Fresh Food: vegetables and fruits

• Personal Care: oral care, fragrances, supplements, fragrances, hair care, etc.

• Drinks: root beer, kombucha, juice, coconut water, etc. 

• Household: cleaning supplies, laundry liquids, fabric softener, etc.

The business offers gluten-free and organic products as well as dairy and meat alternatives. 

Azure Standard offers products from brands such as Amy’s, Clif Bar, Jovial Foods, Natural Value, Late July, Sam Mills, etc. 

The company has also supported many small suppliers like Selina Naturally when they first began operating. In fact, Azure Standard developed the VCI program allowing small independent startups to sell to its customers. 

Azure Standard also launched its private labels:

• Azure Market Organics: a brand offering bakery products, drinks, spices, etc.

• Azure Market: a range of products such as oats, himalayan salt, cheese, nuts, etc.

• Uncommon Carob: a variety of carob candies

• Azure Clean: a brand of garden brands

• Azure Husbandry: a brand of organic juices, fruits, vegetables, etc.

Concerning the logistics, Azure Standard operates 5 warehouses and handles the deliveries.
