Established in 1997, Bagel Factory is a foodservice company operating a restaurant chain mostly at major travel hubs. Its headquarters is based in London, United Kingdom. The company is a subsidiary of Italy’s largest meat products group, Cremonini S.p.A. 

Presently, the business operates 18 outlets across the country and manages an e-commerce platform as well. 

In the financial year 2020, Bagel Factory achieved a turnover of € 1.6 million and currently employs more than 51 people.

Pertaining to its logistics solutions, the foodservice partnered with Uber Eats in order to manage its food deliveries for the online shop. 

The company became the first UK chain to offer bagels with vegan cream cheese in 2017. 

Additionally, the business joined forces with food app “Too Good To Go” in November 2020 in order to fight food waste. 

Furthermore, in March 2022, Bagel Factory partnered with Sprint Group to improve the flow and design of the counter in the recently-acquired site at Arndale Centre.
