Founded in 2008, Balmerk is an importer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Baltics state. Its headquarters is based in Marupe, Latvia. The company sources its products from countries such as Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany and many more. 

Additionally, Balmerk operates 3 divisions which are Dunker, Dekanter and Mediato. It consists of high quality and award winning brands made by more than 20 manufacturers globally.

Concerning its distribution channels, the business distributes its products in the HoReCa sector as well as to successful beverage companies. 

Moreover, the firm’s buying organisation consists of a brand manager, Key Account, Regional and HoReCa sales manager who are responsible for the product handling for both the domestic and export markets.  

In the financial year 2020, the company achieved a turnover of € 17.21 million and employed more than 30 people.

• Wine & spirits: wines, whisky, vodka, etc. 
• Drinks: juice, soft drinks and energy drinks. 

Moreover, brands such as Don Simon, Busnell, Frapin, Giesen, Riondo, Stony Cape, Matsu, etc, are endorsed by the firm.
