Banyan Fine foods is an importer which has been established in the year 2011 and is headquartered in New Delhi, India. The firm imports their products from countries such as Norway, Scotland, Canada, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand, France, Belgium and USA to provide their services in the Indian market.

The importer provides a variety of products under the following categories:

• Frozen
• Chilled & fresh

The main clients of the company are:

• Hotels sector (Hyatt, Taj, Leela, Novotel, Hilton, etc…)
• Restaurant segment (Pan India foods, TGIF, Hard rock cafe, etc…)

Additionally, the management team of the company comprises of 3 directors who take all the major decisions of the company.

The firm has been certified by HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) which gives an insight that the firm follows all the food hygiene and safety procedures when operating their business.

Furthermore, the enterprise owns temperature controlled warehouses which consists of four cold rooms with an 80 ton capacity.  

In relation to the logistics solutions, the firm operates their own fleet in order to transfer goods from their cold rooms, however, Banyan Fine Foods signed a contract with India’s largest cold chain logistics company Snowman to be able to receive their imported products.
