Established through the partnership of Alastair Storey and Keith Wilson, the company was initailly known as Wilson Storey but after the merge with Halliday catering was known as Wilson Storey Halliday. In the year 2004 after the acquisition of BaxterSmith the company was named as BaxterStorey. Today the company is owned by Westbury Street holdings.
