In the wholesale sector, Bestway Group operates the chain Bestway Wholesale since 1976, offering food and drinks. The company supplies over 70000 retailers and 40000 food service businesses.

Bestway Wholesale operates 62 depots under the banners Bestway and Batleys. 

Bestway Group also operates Best-one, a chain of convenience stores with over 1113 retailers.

Bestway Group also launched Xtra Local which regroups around 3000 independent retailers. 

Bestway Group also launched Bestway Export, its export business which is known for selling products at competitive prices.

Bestway Group started the business BestPets, a wholesaler offering products for pets. 

Pharmacy

Bestway Group also owns the chain Well Pharmacy that regroups over 770 pharmacies in the UK.

Cement

The cement is manufactured and then exported to other countries like Sri Lanka, South Africa, India, Afghanistan and the Middle East.

Banking

In addition, banking services is provided to customers in the Asian sub-continent hence developing new investment and this includes used warehouses, office spaces, industrial estates, large warehouse units, large retail shops, and residential properties in various british cities.

In 2019, Bestway Group achieved a turnover of € 3.8 billion. The company employed 33600 people. 

Bestway Group also developed its own brand of ethnic food, White Pearl  which includes products such as flour, spices, canned food, oil, etc. 

Furthermore, Bestway Group also launched the BestPets brand which consists of pet food and toys.
