Bonduelle USA is part of the Bonduelle Group which was founded in 1853 by Louis Bonduelle-Dalle and Louis Lesaffre-Roussel. The Group started operating in the USA from 2011. Bonduelle provides packaging services for major private label brands as well as offers several products under its own brands.

Various products are available in different categories such as: 

• Savory grocery: a wide range of canned goods such as chickpeas, beans, etc
• Frozen Food: an assortment of ready meals

With a workforce of 157 employees, the company achieved a turnover of € 167.01 million in 2020.

Furthermore, Bonduelle USA provides its products under the private labels which are owned by the Group, including (but not limited to):

• Arctic Gardens: offers a range of ready meals
• Bonduelle: offers several items such as canned food, frozen food, and many more. 
• Del Monte: offers processed fruits and vegetables.

In 2012, the group acquired 4 frozen vegetable sites and expanded their business in North America. Moreover, the company also owns a Fairwater site in Wisconsin, which is used for corn production. Other areas where Bonduelle operates include strategic locations in New York. Currently, the business has 17 facilities across North America. 

Furthermore, in 2021, Bonduelle USA announced its plan to expand into Pennsylvania state, investing around € 4.33 million in the plant.
