Bufo

Bufo is a wholesaler and distributor of organic foods and is based in Slovenia. This family business has been operating for over 10 years. The company offers 500 references and has also developed its own brand, Bufo Organic and has a production facility in Celje.

 In 2018, Bufo achieved a turnover of € 1.37 million and employs 10 people.

• Savory grocery - rice, pulses, pasta, spices, vinegar, seeds

• Sweet grocery - dried fruits, sugar and sweeteners

 Bufo offers products from brands such as Amaizin, Lecker’s and Do-It. 

 The company also created its private label, Bufo Organic which consists of around 60 references and include products such as coconut oil, chia seeds, agave syrup, rice, cacao powder and pulses. Biodegradable and eco-friendly materials are used in the packaging of the different products. 

 The firm meets the global safety and quality standards therefore they have been awarded the IFS certificate. Furthermore, they follow the HACCP principles set up by Institute of Public Health Celje.
