Founded in 2002, Carob Mill Restaurants is a company managing different restaurants across Cyprus. In addition to this, the company also offers catering services for various events. 

Carob Mill Restaurants operates the following food service establishments in the country. Many of them have become award-winning establishments:

• Artima Bistro: a restaurant situated near the Medieval Castle in Limassol. Artima Bistro is known for serving Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

• Karatello Tavern: an establishment offering traditional Meze cuisine, Karatello Tavern is located next to the Carob Mill Museum.

• Stretto Café Lounge-bar: a restaurant-cafe which is known for its light meals and pastries.

• Draught Microbrewery: a restaurant reputed for its international menu and extensive range of beers.

• MEATing Grill & Co: this restaurant is known for its grilled menu and rustic decor.

• Yabashi Asian Fusion: a restaurant serving Asian cuisine in the heart of  Lemesos.

• Cafe Calma: a relaxing cafe overlooking the Limassol Marina

• Vecchia Napoli: a partnership with Kitchen Concept, Vecchia Napoli offers Neapolitan cuisine in Cyrus. 

Carob Mill Restaurants also offers catering services at any of the above restaurants. Furthermore, the firm also manages 2 venues specifically designed for grand events. Carob Mill Restaurants can handle catering for weddings, carnivals, christenings, conferences and corporate events. 

The company has offered catering services for major events like the UEFA Annual Conference and several Gala Dinners for the Cyprus Presidency of European Union.

The business works with both local and foreign suppliers but is highly selective. Suppliers must provide products of excellent quality and must adhere to health & safety as well as hygiene norms.
