CHEF CHEFFE

Founded in 2011, Chef Cheffe is a food service company which specialises in distributing balanced, fresh and tasty meal trays. Its headquarters is based in Villeurbanne, France. 

It achieves a turnover of €4.5 million and it employs less than 25 employees.

Concerning its distribution channels, it supplies offices, weddings, birthday parties, etc.

Chef Cheffe provides a range of products in the following categories:       

• Fresh and chilled: salads, vegetables, fruits, etc.
• Sweet grocery: fruit compote, chocolate, dried fruits, etc.
• Savory grocery: smoked salmon, burgers, wraps, etc. 
• Dairy: yogurt, milk, cheese, etc. 
• Drinks: water, soft drinks, juice, etc.  
• Wine and spirits: wine and champagne.  

The company does not offer frozen products. All of its products are prepared freshly and by its own chefs. In addition, it also offers vegetarian meals as well as gluten-free and lactose- free dishes. 

It is noteworthy that Chef Cheffe has set up a recovery system of all its meal trays after delivery to facilitate waste management.

Moreover, its cocktail pieces are created by the youngest Michelin-starred Chef Julia Sedefdjian.

Regarding its logistics, its products are delivered by its own refrigerated vehicles. Furthermore, the company keeps its hot dishes at temperature thanks to the insulated pouches contained in meal trays.
