Chefing

Chefing is an event organiser and catering business which was founded in 2016 by Theobald de Bentzmann in Paris, France. Chefing organises tailor-made events for clients including major companies like Nike, Spotify, L’Occitane and Wework. At present, Chefing has around 200 customers. 

The company has its own online platform. 

Chefing outsources the catering segment to independent caterers that collaborate with the company. The event organisation is handled by Chefing itself. 

Chefing works with 40 independent caterers across France. The company stands out by not having a predefined menu. Instead, each menu is tailor made depending on the client’s requirements and the ingredients available. Chefing relies only on local and seasonal ingredients. 

Chefing also offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and can also set up cocktail workshops depending on the events.
