Founded in 1992 by Regis Arnoux, is a catering business which indulges in on-shore and off-shore trading with companies in various sectors. The headquarter is based in Marseille, France.

In 2015, CIS strated operating in Saudi Arabia, through a strategic partnership with Zamil Group. Moreover, the firm is also present in countries such as Bahamas, Malawi, Senegal, etc. 

The company operates in more than 14 countries across 5 continents and aims to continue its expansion in North America as well. 

Furthermore, in 2020, CIS developped a special Group, which functions under the brand smart4you and offers innovative solutions pertaining to security, well-being, performance and processes.
