Domino’s Pizza Enterprises is the franchise holder for the brand Domino’s Pizza, running Domino's Pizza stores in Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Luxembourg and Denmark.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises was founded in 1983 in Australia. Silvio's Dial-a-Pizza acquired the company in 1993 and both companies were merged. In 2000, the business was renamed Domino’s Pizza Australia.
In 2003, Domino’s Pizza expanded across Australia and launched in New Zealand. 2 years later, the business was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, becoming the first publicly listed Pizza company in Australia.
