Eat out is a subsidiary of Ibersol, a catering company having 665 restaurants among which 440 are owned while 225 are franchised.

With a presence of over 25 years, the company has developed its own brands which are as follows:

• Pans and company
• Ribs
• Santa maria
• Frescco
• Travel

The group has over 2100 collaborators in 2015 and in 2016, the company was acquired by Iberso group, following which Ibersol positioned itself as the first restaurant group in the Iberian peninsula having 716 restaurants.
