Emirates Flight Catering UAE (EKFC) was established in 2003 by the Emirates Group. Its headquarters is based in Deira, Dubai. EKFC provides catering services to Emirates as well as to around 100 other airline companies.

The services that are provided by the food service are as follows:

• Airline Catering: In-flight catering services are provided to over 100 airlines worldwide and two of its catering units are found at Dubai International Airport.

• Airport F&B: Passengers of Emirates first and business class lounges are provided with food and beverages at Dubai International’s lobby.

• F&B Catering Solutions: FoodCraft is part of Emirates Flight Catering, providing catering services to cafeterias, private events, learning & development centres, etc. 

• VIP Private Jet Catering: catering services for private jets

• Linencraft: Linencraft forms part of the company and it provides laundry and cleaning services.

• Food Point: a food production facility that is based in Dubai and provides mealsfor airlines. 

EKFC employs 11000 people. 

EKFC has its own procurement team. The company works with innovative suppliers that can meet the standards of the group in relation to quality. The firm also supports SMEs.

Suppliers of Halal products must hold an ESMA certificate.
