Farmodietica was founded in 1986 in Portugal and is a wholesaler and retailer of healthy food, drinks and supplements.

The company’s clients include pharmacies, herbal shops, health food stores, doctor's offices, clinics, etc. To reach foreign markets, Farmodietica exports to wholesale pharmacy distributors. 

In 2018, the company registered a turnover of € 18.9 million, thus noting a growth of 21% in revenue compared to 2017. Farmodietica’s team of employees include a quality department, a technical department with 5 pharmacists and a nutrition department with 24 dietitians. The business also trained more than 200 registered dietitian nutritionist consultants.
