Founded in 2011, Foodcase International specialises in ambient, frozen, and chilled food and beverage concepts. The company is an innovative food solutions provider based in Netherlands.

Currently, Foodcase International is working with a team of chefs, food scientists, nutritionists, packaging technologists, and designers creating unique recipes, smart packaging and the right shelf life technology.

In 2021, the firm entered into a strategic partnership with the company, BestPartner Food. In addition, Foodcase also collaborates with institutions such as Food Valley.

Some of the companies that Foodcase International works with include Natur, Artisanal Tapas, Nudie Snacks, etc.  

At present, the firm employs 10 people and achieved a turnover of around € 1.18 million. 

Foodcase International won several awards such as the 2020 Onboard Hospitality Awards as well as being 2 times winner of the 2019 Onboard Hospitality Awards. 

Moreover, the business operates as a full service solution partner which covers areas such as concept development, production, and distribution.

Foodcase International also provides a variety of products for its various customers, mainly to airline catering. Some of its food products include: 

• Tapas: meats, speciality cheeses, crunchy crackers, etc
• Bakery: an assortment of pastries and cakes
• Meals: bolognese, rice, curry, etc
• Beverages: a wide assortment of drinks

Services such as development, designing and sourcing services for food and food packaging are also available.

Furthermore, the firm owns certifications such as ISO 22000:2018, BRC, and IFS. 

Foodcase International works with manufacturers in Asia and Europe. The company also operates 2 facilities in Spain and Poland, wherein it develops and delivers breakfast, meal- and snack boxes throughout the world.

With regards to the environment, the business indulges in sustainable dealings which include the use of innovative sustainable materials for packaging, monitoring carbon emissions, air pollution, noise levels, etc.
