France Frais is a holding company specialized in foodservice wholesaling founded in the sixties. The company is owned by Les Maîtres Laitiers du Contentin, a cooperative of about 900 dairy cow farms which produces dairy products through 3 specialized factories in France. France Frais supplies the out-of-home catering industry (80% of its activities), in dairy products, fresh & frozen products and biological food.
