Quentin Vacher and Julia Bijaoui launched Frichti in 2015 in France. The food tech startup is known for delivering ready-meals which are prepared by the firm itself.
So far, Frichti provides 200 ready-meal references. Furthermore, the food service and delivery business also provides 1000 references consisting of grocery items.
Customers can order through the website or via the phone application.
Frichti was recognised as one of the Next 40 companies, a title awarded by the French government which indicates that the company is most likely to be a leader in its sector in the future.
Many investors such as Felix Capital, Alven Capital, Verlinvest, etc. also believe in their concept and have funded Frishchti which organised different fundraisers. The funds will help to finance Frichti’s expansion across different French cities but also abroad.
With 20 dark stores, in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Nantes, Lille, etc. Frichti has quickly drawn 40000 clients. The food tech startup promises to deliver orders within 15 minutes but another concept which stands out is that the meals are prepared by the company itself compared to different food tech delivery companies that collaborate with other restaurants. All the dark stores have a kitchen where the meals are prepared.
In 2016, Frichti achieved a turnover of € 4.7 million.
Frichti offers products in the following categories:

- Sweet Grocery: cereal bars, cookies, chocolate, etc.

Considering the delivery there are several options at different delivery fees: € 3.99 for express deliveries, € 2 for orders to be delivered at a specific time and a monthly subscription of € 4.99.
