Futura Foods is an importer and distributor of white cheese based in the UK. The company was founded in 1994 and offers around 240 varieties of cheeses. Futura Foods specialises in Mediterranean and Mediterranean-inspired cheeses.
Futura Foods was taken over by Nordex Food, one of the largest suppliers of white cheese in the world, since 2013.
Futura Foods imports more than 3000 tonnes of feta cheese each year.
Futura Foods’s clients include retailers, wholesalers, food manufacturers and various foodservice companies.
In 2018, Futura Foods has signed an agreement with Fairway Foodservice Group, a buying alliance regrouping 20 independent wholesalers. The group is known for supplying the catering industry, not only in the UK and Ireland but also in Spain and the Balearic Islands.
In 2019, Futura Foods acquired GRH Food Company, a cheese cutting and grating business located in Wales.
Futura Foods’s employees are efficient, with over 15 years of experience in sales, technical, marketing and logistics support.
Futura Foods has also won a number of prizes at the International Cheese Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Futura Foods offers products in the dairy category that includes a large variety of cheeses and yoghurt.

Yamas: a brand that offers a variety of Greek cheeses. In 2019, Futura Foods started to offer greek yoghurt under the yamas brand.

Taverna: a range of cheeses inspired by Danish and Mediterranean cuisine. Taverna also offers Paneer, an Indian cooking cheese.

Mozzarisella: Introduced in 2017, Mozzarisella is a vegan cheese.
Futura Foods manages its own logistic centre and handles all deliveries. In fact, the company distributes to more than 500 delivery points.
