It is found on the first floor of the Gourmet on an area of 450 m.sq. Ten experienced sommelier are at the disposal of clients to serve and explain in five different languages English, French, Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish.
For Easter 2019, seven pastry chefs and chocolates artisans have been invited to create and design chocolates, the team will be composed of Alain Ducasse, Pierre Marcolini, Yann Couvreur, Karamel, Eclair de genie, Boissier and Jean Paul Hevin.
According to the site ‘le figaro.fr-madame cuisine’ published on February 2019, after the success of Crab Royal at Place de la Madeleine, the seafood restaurant has cooperated with Galeries Lafayette Gourmet family during the official day of world's 50 best restaurants 2019.
