Founded by Kristina Brdar in November 2015, Glutenbio specialises in the wholesale and retail of gluten-free products on the Croatian market. Its headquarters is based in Zagreb, Croatia. 

Concerning its distribution channels, Glutenbio supplies its products in the retail as well as the HoReCa sector. Moreover, the firm operates its own store as well as its e-commerce platform. 

Glutenbio offers a variety of products in the following categories: 

• Savoury grocery: flour, corn starch, chips, etc. 
• Sweet grocery: sweets, sugar, biscuits, etc. 
• Personal care: sunscreens.
