Groupe ETLB

Founded in 2008 by Emmanuel Taib, Groupe Etlb is a restaurant chain operating as Cote Sushi and Maison Poke. Its headquarters is based in Paris, France. Cote Sushi is a Japanese fast food chain which has been established in France by merging the Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. The company offers this gastronomy named Nikkei cuisine for Japanese food lovers who are looking for something different. 

Moreover, Groupe Etlb operates 42 restaurants across the country and an online platform as well. 

With a turnover of around € 40 million, the business employs around 550 people. 

Furthermore, the food service provides a variety of products in the following categories;

• Chilled & fresh: ready meals, desserts, fruits, etc. 
• Drinks: juices, soft drinks, water, etc. 

The restaurant chain offers bio, organic, gluten free and dairy free products for consumers with specific food needs. 

In February 2021, France Montefiore Investment joined forces with Groupe Etlb to contribute towards the development of its restaurants. It is noteworthy that the company recorded a business volume of  € 32 million in 2020, reporting a growth of more than 30%.
