Groupon Netherlands is an online retailer based in the Netherlands. It is a subsidiary of Groupon, an American e-commerce business which was founded in 2008. In 2010, the company entered the Dutch market by acquiring CityDeal. Groupon Netherlands runs a mobile app as well.
Over the years, Groupon Netherlands gained popularity in the country and now has a total of 34 million active customers and more than 1 million merchants use the platform to hunt for new customers.
