Established in 1905 by Conrad P. Christensen and Peder P. Hedegard, HC Catering is a Danish- owned food service company. Its headquarters is based in Silkeborg, Denmark. The company is part of HCH Gruppen. 

Moreover, in 2013, HC Catering bought Solhjulet, a wholesale company which offers organic and biodynamic products. 

Concerning its distribution channels, the firm distributes its products in the retail and HoReCa sector. Besides, HC Catering operates an e-commerce platform as well.
