Jour Healthy Groupe

Jour Healthy Groupe is a healthy food service that is in operation since 2003. The group operates two restaurants: Jour and Naked. There are currently 18 Jour restaurants in France and 6 Naked restaurants internationally.

The restaurants are run as franchises and also have a delivery service. The group has been a leader in the healthy food market since more than 10 years.

In France, all Jour restaurants prepare customized salads on spot and clients can select which ingredients they want.

Other meals such as sandwiches, desserts and soups are cooked at their central kitchen at La Defense and are delivered at each restaurant.

The group currently has 49 employees and is always innovating. In 2018, it started to introduce digital kiosks in its Jour restaurants and developed a smart phone application. The digital concept allows customers to make their orders faster. Customers can also order their meals through their online shop. The group also plans to introduce the Jour restaurants outside France in the future.
