Kout Food Group

Founded in 1982, Kout Food Group (KFG) is a food service company that operates several restaurants and fast food businesses under its own banners as well as other franchises. The company runs activities in Kuwait, UK, Iraq and Kurdistan. 

KFG operates the following franchisees:

• Burger King 
• Pizza Hut
• Taco Bell
• Applebee’s
• Kababji
• Bur Al Hamam

Furthermore, KFG runs the following food service businesses under its own banners:

• Scoop & Cone
• Ayyame
• Melting Point
• Fol O’ Yasmine

KFG also operates an importer and exporter of food items In fact, it operates its own factory where it provides ready-meals under its own label or under its clients’ labels. These products include sauces, sandwiches, desserts, etc. 

The firm is involved in the airline catering business as well. 

Furthermore, KFG is also involved in the retail industry and operates the following franchisee for Coop, Carrefour as well as some wholesale businesses.

There are over 4200 people working for KFG. 

In regards to the logistics, the group operates several warehouses with a total space of 7000 m2. The warehouses can stock dry, frozen and chilled products. For the distribution there is a fleet of 22 reefer trucks and 1 half lorry.
