Koza Gida

Koza Gıda, established in 1994 and headquartered in Kağıthane, Istanbul, is a leading Turkish importer and distributor specialised in supplying specialty food, beverage, bakery, pastry and ice cream products to the Turkish HoReCa (hotel, café, restaurant) and retail sectors.

The company sources and distributes approximately 900 products from nearly 100 international brands originating in around 16-23 countries, covering world-cuisine categories such as American, Mexican, Asian and European kitchen products, frozen vegetables and prepared items (mozzarella sticks, falafel, schnitzel), specialty drinks (lemonades, coconut water, specialty coffees), and a wide bakery/pastry range including frozen cakes, croissants, mochi, cheesecakes and decorative chocolates.

As a pure B2B importer/distributor, Koza Gıda does not operate retail stores; its own operations are run out of a logistics network in Istanbul, complemented by a dealer (bayi) network that serves customers outside the city. Its facilities include an 8,000 m² BRC-certified warehouse in Istanbul Yassıören (6,000-pallet capacity) and a 1,000 m² facility in Antalya (600-pallet capacity), supporting nationwide distribution to hotels, restaurants, cafés and retail buyers.

Complementing its distribution activity, the company operates Koza Live, a demonstration kitchen launched in 2008 and staffed by chefs, providing recipe development, menu consultancy, product demonstrations and sales-team training to support brand partners and food-service clients across Turkey.
