Founded in 2014 by Angele Ferreux-Maeghts in France, La Guinguette d’Angele started operating as a catering service, offering a healthy and innovative cuisine using fresh ingredients. In 2015, La Guinguette d’Angele opened its first restaurant and quickly followed with a second restaurant.
The food service also organises cooking workshops regularly and the founder has also published her own cookbook.
