Established in 1964 and settled near byAix-en-Provence, our company is specialized in the making of fine pastry products. Michel Bohé, its new manager since 2004 gives a new dynamic leadership to La Cigale which is now dedicated to the “pâtisserie” creativity and the gastronomy. Our company offers 5 range of products : Sponge cakes – Savarins – Babas – Macarons – Fingers Our pastries specialities are designed for food manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail stores. All of them are available following our customers needs, in different shelf life solutions (frozen, MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), dry), sizes and shapes.
