Since 1994, our family business has passionately worked with the food culture around the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. We have an extra fondness for natural yoghurt, Ayran, Lassi, and various types of white cheese. Dairy products that have been produced on farms according to tradition and that have, over time, spread all over the world.
