As of January 2024, the network expanded to 26 restaurants across France, reaching 27 by October 2024. Locations are primarily in high-traffic urban areas, such as Place de la Bastille and Avenue George V in Paris, Aeroville, and Annecy.

The chain offers two formats: Prestige and Roots, with interiors redesigned by Philippe Starck to appeal to gourmands, active urbanites, and health-conscious diners. Restaurants operate extended hours, from 9:00 AM to 1:00-2:00 AM, serving lunch, dinner, brunch, and late-night drinks.
