Lobster Fish

Established in 1997, Lobster fish is a distributor of fresh and frozen food. It is headquartered in Deerlijk, Belgium.

The firm employs up to 50 workers.    

It produces and distributes approximately 1000 products to restaurants, retail and wholesale. 

It offers a variety of products in the following category:

• Frozen: shrimp, fish, caviar, etc.
• Fresh and chilled: pickled herring, sushi, fish, etc.
• Wine and spirits: gin and vodka.

It also offers customized platters of 8 to 10 different types of frozen seafood.

The business works with customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Italy and many more.   

Since 2021, Lobster fish has been MSC & ASC certified.

Least but not last, it provides a demo kitchen for tastings, demonstrations and visits. 

In 2014, Lobster fish took over Lobster palace and it has now become the largest lobster distributor in Belgium.           

Regarding logistics, the company’s products are delivered by its own refrigerated trucks in regions such as West Flanders & Coast, East Flanders, Wallonia, Antwerp. As for export, it depends on external renowned refrigerated transporters.
