In 2019, Le Tote acquired Lord & Taylor.

In 2020 Lord & Taylor went into liquidation due to the covid 19 pandemic. The stores closed down.

However, in April 2021, the company was acquired by Saadia Group, Since then, Lord & Taylor has been relaunched as an online store only.
