Magnit Uzbekistan is a rapidly expanding retail operator in Uzbekistan, focusing on the drogerie market segment primarily under the M Cosmetic brand. Magnit, one of Russia’s largest food and non-food retailers, entered the Uzbek market in April 2022 with its first M Cosmetic store situated on Obihayot Street in Tashkent—marking its first retail venture outside Russia.

The M Cosmetic format in Uzbekistan is modeled after Magnit’s successful drogerie chain in Russia, bringing together a wide assortment of products that include makeup, skincare, perfumes, household chemicals, personal hygiene goods, child and pet care products, and home essentials. The stores feature a distinctive bright pink and white design with accent lighting to create an appealing shopping environment. All promotional materials and signage are presented in both Uzbek and Russian.
