Metro Markets Egypt has grown to become one of the largest food retail chains in Egypt, with a network of approximately 48 stores across several governorates including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, Ismailia, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, Port Said, and North Coast. The company also operates an online shopping platform, offering customers convenient access to its wide product range.

The stores under Metro Markets cater to a broad spectrum of consumer needs, with offerings spanning savory and sweet groceries, frozen foods, fresh and chilled items, dairy products, beverages, household cleaning products, and personal care items. Additionally, the company provides a selection of organic products under various brands such as Isis (tea), Imtenan (turmeric powder, olive oil, peanut oil), and Rude Health (dairy milk variants).
