Momentum Services

Momentum Services operates the catering part mainly on trains (high-speed ones). Indeed, the foodservice is recognised as the caterer for Eurostar trains.

Founded in 2000, Momentum services is a subsidiary of Cremonini group and the company's business operations entail in the retail sale of prepared foods and drinks.

In 2006, 1.5 million meals were served by the caterer for business class and leisure while the standard class have ready meals, drinks and meals available on purchase.

Momentum Services works through a joint venture between Cremonini Spa (51%) and the SSP Financing UK Ltd (49%) to deliver catering services to the high-speed trains (Eurostar) encompassing the following destinations:

• Ebbsfleet (from November 2007)
• Ashford
• Paris
• Brussels
• Lille
• Calais
• Disneyland Paris
• Avignon
• French Alps
