M&Z p.l.c. is a Maltese company established in 1922, with its headquarters in Marsa, Malta. It operates as a prominent importer, distributor, and marketer of an extensive range of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) focused primarily in food, drinks, and beauty-related products for the local retail and catering sectors. 

The company's diverse product portfolio comprises approximately 90 brands distributed across 10 product categories, including ambient, chilled, frozen, fresh, ice cream, baby and kids items, home and personal care, pet care, confectionery, as well as wines and spirits. Food products form the core segment of the portfolio with ambient, chilled, and frozen goods forming a significant part.

M&Z services about 1,200 customers weekly throughout Malta and Gozo, providing next-day delivery and also supports sales through third-party e-commerce platforms and a direct-to-consumer channel. Its operations include distribution centers and warehouses to support this supply chain efficiently.

The company is known locally for representing many household and international brands such as Knorr, Bovril, Algida ice cream, Ella’s Kitchen, Organix, Vaseline, and Ben & Jerry’s. Over its 100 years of operation, it has grown considerably, reaching approximately 153 employees based in Malta.
