Nassau Candy is an importer and distributor of confectionery and gourmet products based in the US. Nassau Candy’s headquarters is located in Hicksville, New York. Nassau Candy also operates an online shop.

Nassau Candy started operating as a retailer in Hempstead, Nassau County in the US in 1918 offering candy and tobacco products. The business was acquired by Les Stier and Barry Rosenbaum in 1984, ceasing selling tobacco products and focusing on the development of the candy business. 

Nowadays, Nassau Candy is involved in the manufacturing of confectionery such as (but not limited to) jordan almonds, chocolate raisins, chocolate pretzels, etc. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Hicksville, New York and produces millions of pounds of candy and confectionery each year.

Furthermore, Nassau Candy also distributes products from other brands. The company has diversified its business, now providing gourmet foods as well. 

over time,Nassau Candy acquired 14 businesses, including Chocolate Inn in 2010 and Lanco in 2017.

In 2019, it was announced that Nassau Candy would invest € 4.6 million to expand its headquarters by 20000 sq. ft. 

Nassau Candy has reached a turnover of € 50.7 million in 2018 and employs 1000 people.

Pertaining to the logistics, Nassau Candy manages 6 distribution centers in the country and operates its own fleet of refrigerated and insulated vehicles.
