Orascom Development

Orascom Development Holding is a property development group which is based in Switzerland and was founded in 1989. The firm manages 34 hotels in Egypt, UAE, Oman, Montenegro, Switzerland and UK.

The group specialises itself in touristic destinations. Other than hotels, the company also developed villas, apartments, marinas and golf courses. 

The group has been growing constantly,  registering a turnover of € 325 million in 2018 and employs 8740 people. Orascom Development Holding is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, the country’s stock exchange.
