• Improving extrusion technology

We studied the biochemical properties of the corn semolina and their changes during extrusion, so that we improved the classical extrusion process and obtained the GUSTO original, low density, soft corn puffs, unique on the globe.

• Developing a wide variety of snacking products to the market we served.

Paying attention to the customers needs and market trends, applying nutrition and health principles, constantly looking for new formulas of tasty products, characterised by high digestibilty and good nutriscores, suitable for people of all ages and cultures.

Having in mind the fact that no society can survive in a hostile environment, we elaborated a policy on stakeholders relations that aims at keeping them within the organization through a systemic and balanced approach of each stakeholder needs. Policies on human rights, and on ethics and integrity ensure compliance of any employee of the company, regardless the hierarchical position, with some basic rules designed to create a pleasant workplace environment in which the employees and other stakeholders desire to carry on their activities.
