Rafina

Founded by Raf Delabie in 1954, Rafina is a foodservice wholesaler of food products in the Belgian market. Its headquarters is based in Lauwe, Belgium. The company has a subsidiary named Triporteur which specialises in cheeses. 

Concerning its distribution channels, the business distributes its products to caterers, restaurants, sandwich shops, butchers, market vendors, supermarkets, industrial kitchens and many more. 

Rafina’s annual turnover amounts to around €5 million and employs approximately 25 people. 

Moreover, Rafina offers a large assortment of goods in different categories such as:

• Chilled & fresh: salads, meat, prepared dishes, etc. 
• Frozen: pastas, baguettes, pastries, etc. 
• Drinks: water, juices, soft drinks, etc. 
• Wine & spirits: wines, beers, whiskeys, etc.
• Savoury grocery: sauces, preserves, broths, etc. 
• Dairy: milk, cheese, yoghurts, etc. 

Brands such as Camembert Petit Normand, Knorr, Hak, Cond’or and many others are endorsed by the firm. 

The company does not work with private labels as it prefers to keep the manufacturers label in order to provide its customers’ products according to their taste. 

In relation to its logistics solutions, Rafina partners with third-party logistics companies to manage its deliveries.
