Rhumveld Winter & Konijn was founded following a merger between Rhumveld, De Winter and Konijn in 1990. The company is an importer of nuts, dried fruits, superfoods and edible sweets. 

Rhumveld Winter & Konjn’s headquarters is based in the Netherlands and over time, the company has expanded by opening branches in China, UK, Brazil, Germany, Austria/Switzerland and Estonia (for the Baltic market). 

Rhumveld Winter & Konijn has its own plant that processes the products. The facility is responsible for the following:

• Packing/Repacking

• Coating

• Vacuumizing

• Laser Sorting

Rhumveld Winter & Konijn aims to increase its turnover from organic products by 40%.

• Savory Grocery: edible seeds, nuts, quinoa, etc. 

• Sweet Grocery: dried fruits, cacao and other superfoods

Rhumveld Winter & Konijn imports from Colombia, Turkey, Peru, Indonesia, Chile, China, India, etc. 

Rhumveld Winter & Konijn is the exclusive distributor in Benelux countries for Capuzzo, Diamond Foods, Roux Pecans, Serendip Organics and Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds. 

Rhumveld Winter & Konijn manages its own warehouses and local depots in the Netherlands, UK and Estonia. The warehouses are temperature-controlled. The company distributes across Europe.

The company also handles quality control to ensure that all products meet the necessary requirements. Furthermore, Rhumveld Winter & Konijn is BRCS, HACCP and SKAL- certified.
