Sv Group Switzerland

SV Group was established in 1914 by Else Zublin Spiller in Switzerland. Its headquarters is in Dubendorf, Switzerland. The company is involved in the HoReCa sector. 

Furthermore, SV Group has operations in Germany as well as in Austria. 

SV Group operates in the following sectors:

• SV Restaurant: a chain of restaurants operating in schools and companies. SV Restaurant is known for its fresh and healthy dishes based on the requirements of its clients. 
• SV Hotel: the company is involved in the hotel business. The company operates its own hotels including La Pergola and Amaris. Furthermore, SV Hotel has partnered with Marriott International and manages its hotel banners like Courtyard, Moxy and Residence Inn. 

SV Group also manages several restaurants such as:

• Foodcourt Shoppi Tivoli: a food service offering a wide menu, from pizza, pasta and sushi. 
• BRIX: offers burger and salads
• SESH: sophisticated bowls are served
• Eleven: a restaurant offering Italian cuisine in Switzerland
• Château de Laufen: a restaurant known for its amazing views
• Restaurant Güterhof: a restaurant located in Schaffhouse. The place used to be a warehouse
• Restaurant Ambassador: a restaurant that offers different types of cuisines
• Restaurant twenty nine: The establishment is known for its modern menu
• Spiga Restaurant: a food service chain of 7 Italian restaurants

In 2021, a new restaurant named Chreis 14 was launched in The Circle business center at Zurich Airport.

Furthermore, SV Group runs a total of 19 hotels under its own brand, Stay KooooK. As a main partner of Marriott, SV Group manages the hotel brands Courtyard by Marriott, Renaissance, Residence Inn and Moxy by Marriott.

SV Group offers a catering service for ferries, shows, fairs, stadiums, etc.

In addition, SV Group provides lunch solutions to schools, after-school care centers and day-care centers.

Dine & shine, an event catering business for receptions and gala dinners, was established by SV Group as well. 

The group was reported to achieve an annual turnover of €696 million. 

Additionally, the SV Foundation promotes a healthy and inexpensive diet so that it can be accessible to the entire population. It focuses on sustainability and proper nutrition.
