Founded in 1984 in Italy by Danilo and Ivano Venzetto, Tecnozoo is a producer of animal feed as well as an importer of pet food and vitamins. The company caters to breeders, pet stores, and online stores specialised in pet products. 

Furthermore, the firm has 1 central store in Veneto and 30 franchised shops in Italy under the name ZooPlanet.

In 2019, Tecnozoo opened its online shop. 

The company offers a variety of products pertaining to pet care & accessories. Some of these include animal feed, cat food, milk substitutes, vitamins and minerals, etc. 

Some of the brands available include Prestige, Crocktail, Protect, Aptum, etc. Tecnozoo imports its products from countries such as Australia and France. Local products such as BioSand, MPS Italian Pet Product, Pro-Nutrition Flatazor, etc are also available. 

Furthermore, the enterprise owns several brands, some of which include:

• Zoo Fishing: offers carp fishing products
• Equiplanet: offers supplements for competition horses, camels and pigeons
