Founded in 1930 and headquartered in Belgium, Ubiway Retail operate 4 strong chains pertaining to press, retail and convenience store. Formerly known as Lagardère Services Travel Retail Benelux, the business changed its name to Ubiway Retail post the acquisition by bpost.
Furthermore, Ubiway Retail has major subsidiaries such as Press Shop and Relay. It also owns around 220 stores, among which are Hubiz stores and Ubi stores.
The enterprise is present in the areas such as airports, important shopping streets, shopping centers, international institutions, etc, and serves more than 124,000 customers daily.
In 2016, bpost bought the Ubi stores from Lagardère. However, in 2021, the former announced its plans to sell its retail branch, Ubiway.
With a workforce of 60 employees in the head office, the company achieves an annual turnover of € 149.48 million.

- Relay: a chain of newspaper, magazine, book, and convenience stores
- Hubiz: offers newspapers, fresh meals and drinks, groceries, etc
- SO! Coffee: offers a wide assortment of coffee drinks and cakes
